Geoff Kedd & Associates has applied to amend the Halifax Planning STrategy and Land Use By-Law on behalf of Dimo Georgakakos. The amendments would permit a 6-storey multi-unit development on five properties on the corner of Dutch Village Road and Andrew Street.
