Westwood Developments Limited in association with DSRA have started construction on a 7-storey mixed use retail and residential building at 5504 Spring Garden Road. The development will accommodate 3-5 retail tenants on the bottom three floors and 20 loft style condominiums on the upper levels. The development was completed in November 2015.
