PFK Properties Limited will develop a 56-unit residential building at the corner of Bilby St. and Isleville St. (8 townhouse-style units at the base of the building and 48 units on the upper floors). Access to the site is proposed from Bilby Street. Side-by-side driveways are provided for access to an internal grade level parking area and a ramp to the one level of underground parking.
The development agreement was approved March 18th, 2013.
