Polycorp Inc. has proposed an 8.5-storey mixed-use building in downtown Halifax on the corner of Barrington St. and Cornwallis St. near Spice Condominiums. The building will contain 5,000 square-feet of commercial/retail space with townhouses on the ground floor and condominiums above (62 residential units total).
