The site 6112 Quinpool Road is located on the west side of the intersections of Quinpool Road, Vernon Street, and Pepperell St. The proposal for this site is a 8-storey development.
The proposed building is an 8 storey mixed-use residential and commercial building with 1 to 2 levels of office/retail space and underground parking.
The development is proposed to be a height of 90 feet along Quinpool Rd and terraced into three sections for a height of 38 feet along Pepperell St. Although this exceeds the current municipal planning strategy and land use bylaws height limits, amendments were approved June 25, 2013. The demolition of existing buildings on the site has now started.
