Monaco Investments Partnership is applying to develop a 10 storey residential building. General details of the proposal include the following: approximately 90 residential units; approximately 1,713 square metres (5,621 square feet) of ground floor commercial space; a one story tall podium at Prince Albert Road;
a three story tall podium along Glenwood Avenue; underground parking; and indoor amenity space for residents.
A previous application for a 15 storey building was refused by Harbour East Community Council in 2012.
A Public Information Meeting will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 7:00 pm at Alderney Elementary School - 2 Penhorn Dr, Dartmouth.
