The project proposed for Salter Block in downtown Halifax would be one of the waterfront's largest projects in the past decade. A uniquely designed mixed-use development, the site will contain two 'wave-shaped' towers housing residential units, a boutique hotel, commercial/retail space, as well as designated public open space. Construction setbacks have delayed the project and a new developer is currently being sought.
