Seagate Residences has been proposed by Dexel Developments. The proposed development would consist of three separate buildings. The three buildings would be a 7-storey residential building fronting on Irishtown Rd. and Ochterloney St. called "The Wallace", a 15-storey mixed use building called "The Wentworth" fronting on Ochterloney St., and a 14-storey mixed use building called "The Fairbanks" fronting on Queen St.
