St. Joseph's Square is a 9-storey mixed-use development proposed for the North End site formerly occupied by St. Joseph's Church, demolished in 2009. This site is being developed by Empire Group and was originally zoned P (Parks and Institutional) before receiving approval. The building will house 83 residential units and the design incorporates 12 2-storey ground level townhouses to better reflect the existing architectural style of the surrounding neighbourhood.
